Our Points are Awarded
simply as shown below:-

Horsebox sales = 150 points per box

Car sales = 100 points per car

Horsebox purchase (buying a box you
send to us) = 100 points per box

Car purchase (buying a car you
send to us) = 50 points per car

Sale or return cars = 50 points

Full service = 15 points

Horsebox hire = 10 points

Limo hire = 10 points

Car hire = 10 points

Cambelt = 10 points

Annual service = 10 points

Warranty sales = 10 points

Any Bodywork in our insurance
approved bodyshop no job to big
or small = 10 points per £100

MOT =  5 points

Air Conditioning re gas = 5 points

Engine Diagnostics = 5 points

Oil and filter service = 5 points

Valeting = 5 points per £50

A point per cup of coffee drunk
in our coffee lounge = 1 point


Any other business you can think of points
awarded at the discretion of management.

Q. Who can Join?

A. Anyone over the age of 18 is
welcome to apply for membership.

Q. How do I join?

A. Simple! Click ‘Become a Member’ complete
your details and upload a recent photo or
suitable Image. Then simply register by clicking
the ’Register’ button provided. We will normally
process your membership within 24hours.

Q. How do I get points?

A. It’s very easy! All you need to do is recommend
people you know to use the services of

‘The Alexander Motor Company’.

The Alexanders sales team are trained to find
out who referred each client and they automatically
award points to your account.

Our points are awarded simply as shown below:-

Car purchase = 100 points

Horsebox purchase = 150 points

Limo hire = 5 points for every £100 spend

Valeting Services = 5 points for every £100 spend

Body Shop and Servicing = 5 points for every £100 spend

All other business = At the discretion of Management!

Q. Who tells me about awarded points?

  A. Our website is designed to respond to you
via Email & SMS message, this is only used to
keep you informed about points and
breaking news (New prizes etc).

Q. How do I pick my reward?

A. Your members area  (Member log in) will keep
a record of all points awarded and all activity that
has taken place on the account. From your own area
you have the ability to manage:-

Change Password

View Points Activity

Gift Choice (Select a gift and redeem your points)

Points Status

Logout

To select your gift ‘Log on’ to My Account,
view points status, select a gift catergory,
then select gift and click redeem.
This will automatically process your request
(subject to enough accrued points) and The Big R Club
will be in touch to arrange delivery of your reward!
